Clarion Holds The Fairy Tale Wedding Fair At Glow, Bluewater

Clarion's Wedding Fair at Glow, Bluewater, has been hailed a success by Clarion, with ticket sales meeting Clarion's target of 8,000. The show, which ran from February 9 to 12, included 150 stands, a catwalk and champagne bar.
Commenting on the success of the Wedding Fair, Rebecca Cardozo, Venue Director, said: "Wedding Week has been another great success for Glow, Bluewater. Not only did Clarion produce a fantastic, high quality experience, but Glow's integration with Bluewater created additional appeal. Brides came with their entire families and close friends, with the men in the group able to enjoy a great day out whilst their partners planned the perfect day.
"The success of Wedding Fair also highlights how we and Clarion have worked together to create such a success, including a highly effective marketing campaign in the mall, along with social media initiatives and our MyBluewater programme that attracted guests specifically to Glow for the show."
Matt Miller, Clarion Portfolio Director, added: "We are delighted exhibitors were so impressed by the quality and volume of audience we had at the fair; and equally pleased visitors felt the event was such a worthwhile day out.

Wedding Fair was Clarion's first at Glow since its highly successful Christmas in New York experience closed on January 8. Christmas in New York attracted over 350,000 guests in four weeks.
The success of Wedding Fair follows a very similar performance for ICHF's Creative Stitches and Hobbycraft show. Running from February 2 to 9, ICHF sold over 11,000 tickets, with pre-sales 25% ahead of target.
Glow's next shows are a boutique version of VOS Media’s Vitality Show and the BBC Good Food Show.
